Even the good ones lose. I'm not the biggest fan or even a fan of Marvin Sapp but I am a fan of the love he and his MaLinda shared. It is so amazing to find couples rising to the heights of fame and success with out losing touch with who they truly are to each other. There is a groundedness(not be a real word so don't quote me)in being with and sharing time with the person that "gets you." Most of the time we don't realize where it comes from, we are just happy to have it.

I say it comes from you getting you. Once you believe and love yourself for where you are and where you are not, and can truly accept your life right now while making preparations for the future, MAN OH MAN! You will be a ppowerhouse! Unstoppable in the face of fear. Unmessablewith in times of devastating loss.(I know unmessablewith is not a word, but we can get it in the dictionary if we keep using it. I'm just saying.) Seriously, what would your life look like if you can face the fear and still move forward anyway?

I'm sure Marvin is grieving; as well he should; and is in prayer to reignite the strength he already has through the love of the Lord. One thing I can tell you he's not doing. Marvin Sapp is not balled up in some dark room with the shades drawn crying "woe is me". He will mourn the loss of a friend, lover, wife, mother and all round great person and then continue on with God's plan. He understands his greater purpose. To the Sapp family - peace, blessings and let light perpetual shine upon your loved ones.

To the rest of us still looking, look no further than you. Like Glenda told Dorothy in the "Wizard of Oz"; "You had the power all along, but if I told you, you would not have believed me." You have the greatest love right in front of you. Just open your eyes and smile!
